Why waist-to-height

A number whose noise is three times the signal does not become useful by being tracked more often. It becomes a source of decisions driven by hydration status.

Adding a noisy line to a clean pair — trend weight and waist — makes the pair worse, because the noisy line will disagree with them and you will not know which to believe. So it is not shown.
